Kingston King Drive 5:1 USB Drive

This is a modified and split version of a Kingston USB flash drive originally found on GrabCAD designed by Jeff Miller. After creating a 5:1 scale model of a USB port, I knew something had to go inside, and that something had to be a massive USB drive. I also found that inserting this into the massive USB port caused the pins to break, so there is an updated pin model on that page.

I printed this with PLA, I highly recommend using something more flexible and strong like PETG. No glue is required, this model should friction fit itself. 

Print Settings:

• PLA or PETG (really anything slightly flexible)
• 0.2 layer height for Shell and Tray
• 0.2 layer height for pins
• No Supports except for the keyring if you're worried about the overhang at the top.
• Try printing the pins at 1% less scale than everything else so they fit better.
• The tray may require sanding of the sides to fit without bending the shell.
