Description
It is an easy-to-print and easy-to-use daily pill organizer.
A feature of the project is the inclined shape of the case, which helps to take out the tablets and makes it easy and reliable to close the lid. For even more ease of taking out drugs, I made an arc transition of the wall to the bottom.
There are two versions, the simplest - only three branches. Since with intensive treatment of tablets there is a lot and it is important to know which drug to take before or after meals, in the morning, in the evening or several times a day, the second version is made in matrix format.
Everything is printed in one detail, but if you want, you can change the color of the plastic during the printing process, then the icons will be better visible. For example, I printed the first two layers in pink, after the second layer I replaced the plastic with white, and starting with the fourth layer - transparent. I also liked the version without white - from colored transparent plastic combined with completely transparent.
I recommend choosing SBS plastic (it is better to print without blowing - there are no bridges or complex parts in the design) - it works better on bends and when closing. In addition, it is pleasant to the touch.
The model should not be reduced to more than 80 percent.
I printed with a 0.8 nozzle with a layer height of 0.3 and a width of 0.6. Filling 0 percent. You can reduce the layer thickness to 0.2 mm, then you can print three layers of the outer side and its color will look more even.
