Roller Blind Stopper

The existing stopper was a bit too short and did not reliably stop. So I designed an extra long 35mm model.

There is 2 versions:

• stopper for M4 screw
• stopper for M5 screw

For easier assembly the nuts can be pressed into the body and will not fall out again.

For better fit the bumper has a cavity to enable deforming for uneven roller shapes. But this means

• you need to print with flexible material (TPU)
• you have to create support for printing

Needed Material:

• screw M4x25mm or M5x25mm (depending on your blind you may need another length)
• nut M4 or M5 (ISO 4032)

Printing Instructions:

Filament: TPU or similar (flexible) material

Infill: 100%

Support: yes

Important! You have to enable support to correctly create the cavity!
