Wago 221 412 413 and 415 double / triple and single / double lined connector for 2020 / 3030 extrusions

Why?

I needed adapters to mount the Wago 221 series connectors to 2020 AND 3030 extrusions. I wanted them to be modular in size and space efficient.

I really liked the original design, but they didn't come without flaws. While one design only offered 221-415 adapters, the other one had pockets for the 221-412 adapters that were to big. In both designs, the drillhole was too small, I wanted it to be at least M4 / M5.

Features:

• Space efficient mounting option to mount 2/3/4/6 adapters
• Fit 2020 (single) and 3030 (single and double) extrusions
• Mountable with M4 and M5 screws

Requirements:

• Nothing special, use any material you like, I prefer ASA/ABS/PETG for mechanical parts.
• The slight flexibility of PETG is an advantage when you want to mount the connectors into the pockets, the tolerances are quite tight.
