Raspberry Pi and 2-Channel-Relay Combo Snap Fit Case

Snap fit case for Raspberry Pi 4 and a 2 Channel Relay Module

This tool free enclosure is designed to host a 2 channel relay and a Raspberry Pi 4. The Raspberry Pi is flipped by 90°. This makes the wiring easier. All DC cables run through a single slot into the case. An bridge helps with the cable management. It is recommended to zip tie the cables on the inside for strain relief. The camera ribbon exits through a dedicated slot. All other connectivities and the micro SD card remain accessible from outside. The case can be flipped on either side depending on the needed connections.

This combination of Pi and relay is intended to be used with Octoprint and two lights (main and fill light). I use the enclosure plugin to control the Pi's GPIOs.

• Filament PETG
• Layer height 0.3 mm
• No supports

Assembly:

• Bottom1 and Bottom2 are glued together
• The lid is then snapped in
