Topology Optimized, Synchronized Gear Drive, Vise

This model has several unique features including

1. The threaded driver rods have a triangular cross-section which maximizing build surface contact while minimizing filament use and build time.  This configuration ensures there are always 3 lines of contact 120 degrees apart to minimize backlash and wobble.  Also, it is stronger then vertically built, threaded rods.
2. Topology optimized design to reduce filament use while maintaining strength where required.
3. Synchronized gear train to drive the movable jaw.

NOTE: Print the Test Sections before printing the vise to ensure you have the correct hotend temperature to allow the integral supports to be remove.  I lowered the Prusa recommended temp for PLA by 15C.

Removing the Part/Integral Support parts from the Vise Body requires special care since they are used in the finished model.  I used a thin blade to loosed the seams and then pried the parts up using a large Allen key.

The MSP (i.e. miscellaneous small parts) build was done with a color change after the first few layers.  I used black for the face color and then switch to orange.  This enhances the contrast of features on the gears and the drive rods.
