Description
This is an attachment system I developed for the Ikea Skadis pegboard that I call the Lock and Key. I needed a way to attach a Boba Fett inspired headphone holder I designed and this is what I came up with. It's a work in progress, but I think it has a lot of potential. Tolerances are tight, but I've included the Step files for any needed changes, and would like to see how others adapt the system.
It was brought to my attention that this specific version of the Key doesn't work on the unpainted model of the Skadis. I'll work on including another version with different tolerances, but I won't be able to test them since I only have the painted types.
The Key part for attachment is 10mm x 10mm x 5mm thick, and has a hole and recess for a M3 screw and nut. There is a notch on the Lock part for orientation purposes. If you use the system, please tag it with skadislockandkey and give credit.
I've printed in both PLA and PETG with success
