Improved opto endstop mounting for 8mm shafts

• 1x Opto endstop with TCST2103 (standard) type light barrier

How I Designed This

This design was inspired by efesak's "OpenSCAD Minimalistic opto endstop holder", a really great minimalistic design. You can find it here: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:656427

I added the hexagon-holes for the mounting nuts and the second screw for fixing the whole thing onto the 8mm shaft. This makes the endstop more torsion-proof and protects the endstop from turning on the shaft.
