Megatronics 2.0 Mounting for MendelMax

This thing should help you to fix your Megatronics 2.0 board on your MendelMax printer.

• Easy, stable and dependable mounting.
• Update: This version has several 3mm holes where you can create a pull relief for the cables by using small cable ties.
• Optional fan mount for standard 80mm fan.
• Can be used with "LCD Display and Controller Mounting" http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:220691 for comfortable autonomous printing.

Instructions

1. Print "Board for Megatronics" on MendelMax.
2. Fix the Megatronics-PCB by using 6x M3x12, washers and nuts.

3a. (Option) without top mount for fan:

To fix the mounting on the printer you need 3x M5 screws.

3b. (Option) with top mount for fan: If you want to use the top mount for the 80mm fan you'll need 3x M5 threaded rod (Length: tbd.) instead of the 3x M5 screws.

• (Print and install a fan grid from another project.)
• Print "Fan Board" and 4x "Spacer".
• Fix fan on "Fan Board" with 4x M4 screw, washers and nuts.
• Connect "Fan Board" to "Board for Megatronics" by using the spacers in between on the threaded rods.
