Description
Geometry completely redesigned to accommodate the latest Leatherman Surge utilizing effortless retention. The tool slips in under its own weight and is held in place securely. Can be pulled out quickly and easily by pulling it up through the finger slot. Makes a nice audible click when it goes in. I have included 4 variations:
Should be printed vertically. You can print just up to the detent catches to check fitment and see if you need to enlarge. That's about 1.8 inches (46mm) up from the bottom.

Print standing up vertical. PLA holds up well and will be dimensionally correct. PETG may come in a tiny bit shrunk. The surge should slide in effortlessly. If it is tight, it needs to be printed larger. Please see the youtube video.
