Tube end cap E3D-Toolchanger

The tube end cap(s) can be used for the spool holders of the E3D Toolchanger. In assembly step 7 - Fitting the spool holders, replace the round bars ø8x90mm with steel or aluminium tubes ø8x1mm - 90mm long. Press the tubes into the carriers as described in the manual. The now open tube end can be closed with a tube end cap. They can simply be pressed into the tube end. It is easier if the tube end has been cleanly deburred on the inside and outside after cutting.

The tube end caps are designed in such a way that they can be printed perfectly with a 0.4 or 0.6 mm nozzle. No support structure is necessary. I recommend an elastic polymer (e.g. PETG) for the application. PLA is less suitable.
