RatRig Chamber Temp Controller and Rocker Switch Mount

Add a chamber heater, with physical switch, and temperature controller to your RatRig or any other 3030 aluminum extrusion (I assume would work 2020 aluminum extrusion as well).

The chamber heater I used is a 24V, 180W PTC heater along with the mount from @indymusician:

The wiring was more complex than I expected, but is managed well with the 2-in-6-out wire connectors:

The rocker switch is pretty standard, just make sure you get one that supports 24V.  The inner diameter should be about 20mm.

Instructions:

• Print the rear plate with supports, just to support the keyhole mounts.  It requires less than 1g of supports and easy to remove. 
• The rear two holes are for the 2-in-6-out wire connector.  I made them 4.5mm for heatset inserts.   You could also use hex nuts – the controller is elevated so there is room for fasteners.
• The four corner holes are undersized and because of how cramped stuff is, heatsets won't fit.  No matter what, drill out the top plate holes 3mm or 3.5mm to pass through M3 bolts.  The rear plate can be drilled to pass through the M3s to clamp with nuts on the back, or I drilled 2.5mm and threaded/tapped the holes.  
• The other rectangular holes all around the mount are for zip-ties.

NOTE:

• The default power supply with the RatRig V-Core-3 is 200-250W.  It can't support a chamber heater on its own.  Either get a second power supply, or upgrade yours.  I found it easy to replace with a 450W supply.
