Description
Triplets vase consists of three equal parts that fit together using a “puzzle” lock. Therefore there is only one stl file in the files below.
With a screw movement, the parts fit together beautifully. There is a 0.4mm gap between them. If you want you can make the gap smaller using XY compensation in slicer.
Printing tips:
1/ Print the pieces in different colors.
2/ You can create many shape variations in the slicer itself. Try different scaling in X, Y or Z. Try cut the model and then scale etc. Just be careful not to shrink it too much as the gap will also be smaller.
3/ Make the pieces in different heights using Z cut in slicer.
4/ Try to increase extrusion width for vase perimeter (for example 1.2mm), it will be fast but at the same time stronger.
