GEARWRENCH 20 Piece Ratcheting Wrench (35720A-02) Organizer

This is designed to work with flexible TPU filament only. Recommend printing with 4 perimeter walls, 4 bottom and top layers, and 13% rectilinear infill. No supports required. Use a thin-tip Sharpie to darken the letters after printing. 

Due to the tolerances, the provided STLs will likely only work properly with the Gearwrench 20piece set model “35720A-02”. Might be a useful proof of concept if designing for your own set of wrenches.

Here are the Fusion360 files. The wrench head thickness and diameters are set via parameters. The models are not perfect so I apologize in advance!

You can confirm if the STL will work with your wrenches prior to printing by comparing measurements with this chart. Your measured wrenches should be within +-0.1mm of these values, in mm.  Otherwise they probably wont fit well. This is for the SAE wrenches.
