Old Town Sportsman PDL 1 Piece Handles

After frequent usage of the factory Oldtown Sportsman handles and getting in some precarious spots fishing saltwater marshes, the carry handles started to leave much to desire. Flex and separation of the 2 piece handle system leaves much to desire along with the material stretching does not give you a confident feeling in a time you need it to function flawlessly the most. 

1 piece handles have been shortened in height to not protrude past the bodyline of the kayak and help prevent snagging.

Handles were printed in PETG with a large amount of perimeters to ensure layer adhesion will not become a failure point. Even with the numerous perimeters each handle only used about 19m of filament, testing was performed on handles (confidence testing before practical usage) showed tremendous amount of pressure before flexing. 

Dimensions for the factory side, front, and rear handles are the same and can be placed at all locations.

***Also included a previous version of the handle that is wider and without a flat cut, probably more suited for the front and rear handles if desired. This Handle is best printed face down with bed supports.
