Print with 0,1 mm layer height for sufficient thread quality.
Fillament PETG or ASA.
4 outer perimeters.
Supports needed. Use cylinder support enforcer with diameter 27 mm. The support must not touch the internal thread (see image). You can also use attached g-code which already contains necessary supports.
Mount insructions
Remove all fillament excess from threads.
Screw the adapter onto the radiator valve. If it is difficult, always loosen it, clean the thread and try again. You can use lubricant.
Set your Danfoss Ally thermostat to mount mode pressing button for 3 seconds. M symbol appears on the display.
Screw the thermostat on the adapter until it clicks.
