Description
This is a design I developed to hold a shelly roller shutter controller, as well as a pair of push buttons used for physical control of the door, as well as fittings for Wago 221 connectors. The box is meant to be screwed to the wall and connect with round flex wire.
It is a long print and uses some a good amount of filament. But the result is sturdy!

Bolt holes are meant to be tapped with an M3 tap. Do it right and it will hold the bolts very well. It would probably be wise to tweak the design to take threaded inserts, maybe on the next iteration.
The push buttons I used were off Amazon (pls check screenshots for sample) with 22mm diameter shaft and both NC and NO contacts.
The shelly controller I used was a shelly 2.5, though a 2pm would also work. In fact it may work well with other types of controllers, as there's some leftover space.
Fitting turns out to be a bit fiddly, and I recommend using flex wire. On the button side of the box, the wires can be of a length and routing that the buttons can be assembled outside the box (as shown).
Prints absolutely fine at 0.2mm layer height on PLA. I used eSun dark blue PLA+.
