UPDATE - 3-15-2023
This case is meant to be a little loose in order to protect your expensive in-ear monitors or earbuds from getting tossed around or wound tightly which can add wear and tear and strain cables over time. BUT i always found the original a little too big, so my first rendition i slimmed down the lid. however i'm still finding the case to feel cumbersome and large. So i now have slimmed down the body a bit more as well. I first tried with a domed model thinking i could keep the profile slim and have it slide more easily into my backpack without that hard right angle at top and bottom. Well, it was a huge failure and i could never get the supports to release correctly. I also gave up on trying to make a domed TPU insert that would fit correctly. you can try to print these yourself but you'll have to have your settings dialed well. My second idea was to just add a slight bevel on the edges so it would slide into my backpack much easier and then still print easy with no supports. This Beveled model is a success with eliminating nearly a quart inch of height and still storing my in-ears loosely.

This is a remix of this great design by Ethan_117. My case for my Westone In ear monitors broke so I went looking for another way to protect them with my gear. Loved his case, BUT wanted it to be a little slimmer so I could slip it in my backpack more easily. So all I did was adjust the depth of the lid. Including the base and insert files he created as well. Check out the link for his original.
