Description
Improved version over Mk I - Designed for making with NO support.

New rolls of ShaperTape are 80mm, so an ordinary dispenser might not work. Open to suggestions to improve design.
After dropping it Mk I, the teeth became dull, so I recessed the cutters so even if dropped, it shouldn't affect the cutting teeth. Also new position should make cutting the tape easier.
