VICE GRABBER - The Sinfully Strong Vise Grip

I upgraded the original design by using printed pegs rather than metal fasteners, including a spring force via rubber bands (so the lower jaw opening follows the thumb screw) and smoothing out contours and working out required support structures..  Supports are integral to the design.  

Note - To insure support removal, I lowered print temperatures by 15C.  This printed fine with the generic PLA I used.  The print file has this adjustment to the print temperature.
