Modular Key hanger - Parametric Text - No MMU - V1

I was tasked by an airbnb [wannabe] overlord to create an extendable key organiser system. I went full monopoly style, not sure he likes the result!

About the design:

• Heavily inspired by the monopoly game board !

•  Extendable tile system ! You can start your key empire as a key-peasant and expend it all the way to Lord-of-the-Keys

• No screw visible from the face of the key organizer

•  Choose your favorite colors from childhood (see palette below ^^)

How to Print:

• No MMU needed, just add color changes at the right heights

• No support

• Optimised for 0.6mm nozzle (with latest slicer: arachne enable)

• Tile and keychains to print @0.2mm layers the other elements can be print @0.3mm layer

• Keychain text is parametric in the freecad file (requires basic knowledge - see picture/screenshot)

• Joins length are parametric too: input tile length in the freecad file (see last picture/screenshot)

  • UP join: input number of tile

  • DOWN join: input number of tile - 0.5

  • Print as many triangle as you want

• Hadware:

  • Keyrings 25mm will work best (do not touch the wall)

  • Screws: I used a combination of

    • 2.5mm diam *10mm length (5mm diam head)

    • 2.5mm diam *15mm length (5mm diam head)

If you can't work on the Freecad file, I'll be happy to add keychains text variations. Ask me !
