Mount for 12 Port Patch Panel

I found @TechnoSwiss's patch panel but found the fit dissatisfying. I re-modeled my own referring to his design and the original mount for my patch panel.

This mount is specifically designed for Monoprice's 12-port patch panel, with mounts that will go into a 1" grid (like pegboard), or the 1" grid subset used in Leviton structured media centers/network panels.

There are 2 variants:

• 5mm 3D-printed peg style (2 files, bottom+top) - supports required with top.
• 6.5mm hole style - needs additional hardware to mount: push-lock pins, screws or bolts.

I have also included the source Fusion 360 file. The 3 variants can be selected/deselected by suppressing/unsuppressing the named feature groups in the timeline.

Other mount types should be easy to create, or if your patch panel fits slightly differently you can of course adjust the base geometry.

I have tested the 3d-printed pegs for fit in a Leviton panel and wooden pegboard.

I printed it in PLA, 2 layers and no infill with a .6mm nozzle.
