Orange Pi PC Case

This box is for the Orange Pi PC - it prints as two parts then snaps together after some minor assembly including fusing of embedded nuts. It has integral mounts for a 40 mm fan. The heatsinks on the ram are probably not needed so are not included in the BOM below.

Notes:

I set supports for overhangs above 80 degrees (might vary depending on your slicer) you just need to support the big cut out for the data / USB connection opening - all other openings should bridge fine without supports.

Note the model is not upside down, it is meant to be printed in the as saved orientation (fan grill touching build plate).

Post-Printing

Secure M3 X 6 X 5.3 embedded nuts to cover using low temp soldering iron

Secure 40mm 5V fan to cover using M3 X 12 or M3 X 16 machine screws - note in this orientation fan blows down onto heatsinks

Secure M3 X 6 X 5.3 embedded nuts to base using low temp soldering iron

Secure Orange Pi PC to the base using M3 X 6 machine screws and close cover
