Description
Update: Updated the feet to allow the transmitter to sit flat on a flat surface, filleted the thumb grips for printing in the face down orientation
A replacement for the standard QX7 battery door, designed to be printed on an FDM printer. Has some small details but it should be feasible to print, it does require support for printing on either side however.
Tell me if you like it, I put a little thought into design accuracy and detail, and had fun making it.
It has a little extra room to fit a 3s lip into the battery bay, with the stock battery door it would not fit.
Some tips:
-Should be printed with the outer side down on the build plate, will lay flat
-Supports required for the top three tabs, as well as the bottom two tabs.
-Do not use supports for the recessed grip grooves, you might not ever get it out.
