Hello I have created several bases for different 1 metre aluminium LED profiles.

The LED strips used here are WS2812B (NeoPixel) 144LEDs/m.

The used controller is a socketed ESP8266-12F.

The PCB format is 60x40mm.

The aluminium profiles are from Paulmann (from the DIY store).

Electronic parts: screw terminals, capacitor 16V 1000uF, resistor 470 Ohm, solder wire.

Power supply: 5V 10A for 2 sockets (3A per LED strip limit)

Firmware/software for the controller is WLED, instructions here: https://install.wled.me/ (please use Google Chrome or Opera)

For printing to save support and time, print the design upside down and use support from printing platform.

As I use Simplfy3D I have split the process and filled the lower part and the feet with 100% so the construction has the centre of mass at the bottom. See pictures

Added:

I have constructed a lid on request so that you can no longer see the blue LED from the ESP8266 this is then simply screwed into the socket with 2 wood screws (diameter hole 3.2 mm)

Hallo ich habe hier mehrere Sockel für verschiedene 1 Meter Aluminium LED Profile erstellt.

Die verwendeten LED Streifen sind hier WS2812B (NeoPixel) 144LEDs/m.

Zum Druck um Support und Zeit zu sparen drucken sie die Konstruktion auf den Kopf gestellt und verwenden sie Support von Druckplattform aus.

Da ich Simplfy3D verwende habe ich den Prozess geteilt und den unteren teil und die Füße mit 100% gefüllt so hat die Konstruktion den Masseschwerpunkt unten. Siehe Bilder

Viel spaß beim nachmachen seit kreativ und über Likes würde ich mich freuen, auch Bilder von hergestellten Teilen ^_^

ich habe noch auf wunsch einen Deckel Konstruiert damit man die blaue LED von dem ESP8266 nicht mehr sehen kann dieser wird dann einfach mit 2 Holzschrauben in den Sockel geschraubt (Durchmesser Loch 3,2 mm)
