Igus Linear Rail Type TWE-04-12 = MGN9C

Advantage of the Igus linear guides is that they run lubricant-free and quietly, the model TWE-04-12 is also adjustable and thus the bearing play can be reduced so that the carriage is firmly fixed and does not wobble. The whole construction is currently being thoroughly tested on the CTC A10s (identical to the CR10). Furthermore I have integrated the E3Dv6 Hotend Mount (link here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2494642 ) so that all additional fans as well as BL_Toush and other attachments can be used.

4x M3x8mm screws are required for the X-slide to fix it in place the orgian belts can also be used

The dimensions of the rails are different from printer to printer so I leave out the size here.

Vorteil an den Igus Linearführungen sie laufen Schmiermittelfrei und Leise, das Model TWE-04-12 ist auch einstellbar und somit lässt sich das Lagerspiel verringern so das der Schlitten anständig fest sitzt und nicht wackelt. Die gesammte Konstrukion wird gerade auf Herz und Nieren auf dem CTC A10s (Baugleich dem CR10) Getestet. Desweiteren habe ich das E3Dv6 Hotend Mount (link hier: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2494642 ) mit integiert so das alle zusätzlichen Lüfter sowie BL_Toush und andere anbauten verwendet werden können

Zur befestigung werden für den X-Schlitten 4x M3x8mm Schrauben benötigt die orgianlen riemen können ebenfals benutz werden

Die Maße der Schienen sind von Drucker zu Drucker unterschiedlich deshalb lasse ich hier die Angabe der Größe aus.
