Meine Idee ein Gehäuse nicht im ganzen zu Drucken, da es zum Warping kommen kann also habe ich ein Eckprofil nachkonstruiert was sich auch individuell vergrößern lässt.

Das Eckprofil lässt sich skalieren und somit die Stärke der Platten anpassen.

z.B.

12x12mm = 2mm Platte

18x18mm = 3mm Platte

24x24mm = 4mm Platte

usw.

Also immer um 6mm größer oder kleiner skalieren um die gewünschte Platten Stärke aufnehmen zu können.

Die Länge des Eckprofils ist eben so frei wählbar. Es kommt natürlich auf die Verfahrenswege des 3D Druckers an. In meinem Fall könnte ich ein Eckprofil in den Demissionen 330x330x400mm herstellen ;-) . Es ist aber auch möglich mit einer passenden Gewindestange mehrere Profile zusammen zu setzen so ist aber eine Naht zu sehen.

Die Löcher in den Eckprofil sind dann für Vorder- und Rückseite gedacht und geben dem Gehäuse dann die nötige Stabilität. Des Weiteren sind so die Materialplatten frei wählbar egal ob Holz, Kunststoff Aluminium oder (Plexi-)Glas

Je nach Plattenmaterial würde ich dann das Infil anpassen um genug Stabilität hin zu bekommen, das Testmuster habe ich mit folgenden werten gedruckt:

Maße: 18x18x50mm

Schichtdicke: 0,15

Infil: 25%

Geschwindigkeit: 40mm/s

Druckzeit: ca 2 Stunden

The corner profile can be scaled to match the thickness of the panels.

e.g.

12x12mm = 2mm plate

18x18mm = 3mm plate

24x24mm = 4mm plate

etc.

So always scale to 6mm larger or smaller to record the desired plate thickness.

The length of the corner profile is just as freely selectable. Of course, it depends on the procedure of the 3D printer. In my case I could make a corner profile in the 330x330x400mm desks ;-) . But it is also possible to put several profiles together with a suitable threaded rod, but a seam can be seen.

The holes in the corner profile are then intended for front and back and then give the housing the necessary stability. Furthermore, the material plates are freely selectable no matter whether wood, plastic aluminum or (plexi) glass

Depending on the plate material I would then adjust the infil in order to get enough stability, I printed the test pattern with the following values:

Dimensions: 18x18x50mm

Layer thickness: 0.15

Infil: 25%

Speed: 40mm / s

Printing time: about 2 hours
