Thanks to Vortex_pr for Part 3 of this fountain.
*Update: The fountain failed overnight. It leaked and caused damage to my wood table that it was on. Download at your own risk.*
Print each part.
You will also need a water pump. I used the AM-118USB Submersible USB pump. It has a 2-foot water lift.
Attach Part 3 to the pump nozzle so that when the pipe is in normal position, the pump inlet is facing downwards. (With the suction inlet facing downward, less water is needed. Remember, if the water level drops below the pump inlet, air will get in and the pump will stall.)
Place this assembly into the base of Part 1, so that the pipe is approximately centered.
Place Part 2 over top of everything, with the square hole letting the pipe through and the water falling down through the hole.
Part 2 also has a notch to allow the pump wire to come through.

FAQ
The pump nozzle doesn't fit snugly into the pipe
This is normal. Please attach the pump using hot glue or another method of your choice.
Why is there a small hole in the top cover?
This hole is to allow the pump cable to come out.
How much water should I use?
Fill the bottom tank until there is close to an inch of water from the top.
