Description
This is a remix of LoboCNC's robot actuators, and this one replaces the 35mm motor for the 40P gearbox with a much cheaper 28mm one.
The original gearbox used a 35pm048s8-08001 tin can motor, but it was expensive and hard to find. So, instead, I modified the design to use the much cheaper 28byj-48 motor. Secure the motor using whatever you need to use, whether it be screws or super glue.
Note: You may need to cut out part of the arm part, depending on whether the motor sticks out or not.
Print the PlanetCluster pieces at 100% scale to reduce backlash and increase stress, or print them at 98% to loosen them, but this will increase backlash.
What to print:
1 - Ring48-28mm
1 - Body28mm
1 - Sun15_28mm
1 - Sun18-28mm
3 - PlanetCluster28mm
Printer Brand:

Infill:
20%
Filament: Prusament PC Black
Notes:
Any material does the trick.
Be sure to print high-quality.
NOTE: Print the PlanetCluster part at 100% scale for an anti-backlash gear, but this can sometimes lock up the gearbox. The gears work much better with the PlanetCluster part printed at 98% scale.
