Prusa MINI+ extruder with filament sensor

The idea for this design was to build a cheaper dual drive extruder for my Prusa MINI+ integrating the filament sensor, I was inspired by the Bondtech solution to integrate the filament sensor in my extruder design.

I bought a 17€ dual drive from amazon, then I customized the desing based on that dual drive kit. Some deviations I found compare other dual drive systems is the gears dimension were the filament is driven/pushed that could have different positions.

I also integrated the PC4-M10 nut included in the Dual Drive kit for the feeding side of the filament.

I applied directly the software setup modification according the Bondtech instruction:

Then I added some revised model based on feedbacks i received.

• Lever_rev1_MMD → 1mm shorter
• Extruder_Cover_rev1_MMD → pin hole increased diameter +0.2mm
• Idle_Door_ver1_MMD → 0.3mm thiner
• Extruder_Housing_ver1_MMD → PC4-01 connection (same as the feeding side), larger hole for pin form +0.2mm, larger hole for the insert +0.2mm, larger seat for the sensor +0.2mm

I didn print the latest modified models, I just change the desing accordingly and share.
