A simple pocket clip for Bath & Body Works' PocketBac hand sanitizers.
Uses a piece of 1.75mm filament for added strength (optional).
Post-Printing
- Cut a small length of 1.75mm filament, long enough to comfortable work with -- this can be trimmed down later.
- Insert the filament into the hole on the clip so it is flush with the inside surface (it it's sticking out it will snag on your pocket). Add a dab of glue to keep it in place if need be.
- Apply glue to the mating surfaces (where the clip will attach) on the sanitizer holder piece.
- Align the two parts so that the opening of the clip is facing outwards and insert the other end of the filament through the hole in the sanitizer holder piece.
- Press the two pieces together firmly until the glue sets.
- Trim the excess filament using flush cutters.
To attach the clip, insert the lip of the sanitizer bottle sideways through the opening, and rotate so the label is facing forwards.
