How to print it?
It doesn't matter what kind of filament you use, this design works the same when printed with PLA, ABS or PETg. I tested similar design printed with PLA and it lasted more than a year of everyday using.

How to use user parameters in Fusion 360?
Go to Modify → Change Parameters.

Parameters window will pop up. Here you can find two parameters defined by me - strap_width and wall_width. Fusion will automatically calculate new geometry, it will also add extra 2mm to width for strap clearence.

“What if I have no sewing skills and replacement will be to hard for me”?
I prepared two-part solution, which require gluing, but you don't have to sew the strap around “solid” version. The glue you need depends on material you used. It can be ABS-juice, CA glue, or 2-part epoxy.
