This is a customizable Schlage SC1 House key (5-pin) with label.
Download the SCAD file and open it in OpenSCAD. On the right hand side click on parameters and enter in your key coding.
I have also uploaded a full set of Depth Keys using this customizer. These keys are useful for creating your own metal keys using a duplicator machine.
