Motor Decouple-Damper

Different heights of the big shoulder of the pulleys from different vendors. forced me to make different versions of the L mount. So measure your pulley and chose the correct mount.
and R mount is corrected by 0.2

1 pcs ø5x55 D-shaft (grind 5mm off a 60mm ore just leave it at 60mm)

4 pcs bearings 695zz 
4 pcs 1mm shims ID5 OD8 
1 pcs 6mm shim ID5 OD10 
2 pcs spring couplers 2x ID5 OD19-L25 ( important ID5 in both ends )
2 pcs stepper dampers 
8 pcs M3x40 (old is 35) (mount to Ratrig motor plates)
4 pcs M3x10 (damper-mount) 
4 pcs M3x6 (damper-motor)
8 pcs M3x6 heat inserts
4 pcs M3 washer

With no support

prep the parts

1. only the top 4 holes have inserts 
2. important that they are mounted opposite the top surface 
   (to give full strength the the part)
3. take a longer M3 screw put through the top holes
4. screw on heat insert to M3
5. heat up with a lighter or solder iron
6. pull the insert into place
    

building instructions 

1. press bearings in part
2. install D-shaft with a 1mm shim in both ends 
3. place pulley on top R ----- and 6mm shim and pulley on top L
4. place spring coupler on bottom 
5. hold the assembly gentle together wile the small screws are tightened in to the D-shaft
6. mount damper to the motor (thru the 2x Ø3.5 holes) with M3x6 screws
7. mount assembly to the damper with M3x10 screws and washers
8. tighten the little screw in the spring coupler to the motor shaft
9. mount the whole assembly to the printer

A nice side effect is that it positions the motor pulleys automatically in the correct height for the belt path
