Leaf blower wheel

The bolt/nut keeping the electric leaf blower (Biltema LBS 2400, probably available also from other brands) front wheels got lost and one of the wheels was lost at the same time as there was nothing keeping them together. Here is a replacement wheel system for it.

Two identical wheels and a pin to keep them together. At least for me it was a pretty tight fit, a drop of CA glue should keep them together for a longer time.

Print the wheels with the side down, the pin on its side. High infill /  perimeters for the pin recommended. Supports make the wheel sides look better but should not affect strength. Make sure the pin is actually on a flat side on the bed and not on a vertex.

PETG might be good plastic for this but I guess PLA will work fine as well. The ones in the photo are printed in PLA as that is what I had in the printer at the moment.
