Face shield

Face shield modified from the Original Prusa version to print faster and require less material.

-Removed original impurities in model causing some slicer software to have issues.
-Overall height reduced.
-Band connectors moved closer to front reducing overall size.
-Prusa logo removed.

• PLA and PETG marked versions added for easy determination of disinfection method on the field. light indentations preventing particle buildup and ease of clean.
  -Top cover made to fit headband.
  -Bottom reinforcement adjusted.
  -Added stacks of 4/8 and 12
  -Visor width increased
  -All in one versions now included
  -Top cover size reduction for time saving.
  -nub size/location for better fit to visor.
  -Visor PDF drawings added link in comments.

Print instructions

Choose pla or petg file for correct markings. Print top cover and bottom reinforcement in the same material.

No supports required in single versions.

Stacked versions tested for .25mm layer height only.
