BTT PITFT4.3 mount for Voron v0.1

This mount is for the BigTreeTech's PITFT 4.3" touchscreen, which works great with KlipperScreen. The screen can be bought on BTT's shop or on AliExpress.

Please, note this is designed to be mounted on Golas' V0.1 Trident skirt remix with 12864 LCD. It will not work (at least without modification) on the stock v0.1 skirts. 
 

Needed hardware (corresponding to standard v0.1 BOM):

• x2 voron standard M3 heatset insert
• x6 M3x6 screws (x4 to secure the screen inside the case, x2 to secure the mount on the case)
• x2 M3x35 screws to secure the mount on the skirt
