Stanley sorting box inlays

Stanley sorting box inlays for small parts in different sizes.

I use a lot of these Stanley sorting boxes. For most parts they work quiet good and their dividers often work well, but not for small and thin parts, like washers… They always create a mess inside the divided trays and move to other sections of a split tray…

Therefore i made these small inlays to keep such small parts together in 1 section.

The inlays have also a little grip to be able to pull them out of the tray and to be able to place a max. 12x30mm Brother P-Touch lable on them to name the contained parts better.

As shown in the picture there are several different sizes available, because the Stanley trays have dfferent sizes inside as well:

• All inlays are available in a half width spit version as well for really small parts

• 38x48x30-Full
• 38x48x30-Half
• 46x48x30-Full
• 46x48x30-Half
• 38x48x30-Quarter
• 46x48x30-Quarter

• 33x108x51-Third

All walls are 1.2mm so that the inlays should be able to be strong enough even for heavier parts. This also allows to print faster with the 0.3 draft profile.

Printing instructions:

• 0.3 draft profile
• No supports needed
• No brim needed
