Shower soap tray

Soap tray for attachment to the shower bar with diameter 18 mm.

Print settings:

• Layer height: 0.2 mm;
• Perimeters: 4;
• Solid layers - top/bottom: 6 / 4;
• Infill: 20 %;
• Supports: no.

Model of the tray is created as solid. Modified mesh is used to set top and bottom solid layers to 0 - details are available in the attached 3mf file. For my print infill was set as Grid - other option could be Honeycomb. I printed two trays: one with layer height 0.3 mm (pistachio green) and other with 0.2 mm (white). Printing with a layer height of 0.3 mm reduced the print time by 42 minutes in my case, but the tray has some minor surface imperfections in the clamp area. These imperfections are not present in the tray printed with a layer height of 0.2 mm.

Required additional parts:

• 2 x cap screw with hexagon socket M3 x 6;
• 2 x brass knurled nut M3 x 6 x 5 (length: 6 mm, outer diameter 5 mm).
