Description
This pin board is heavily inspired by the Mickey Mouse ears pin board by Jerry9245 here (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5542138). I created the model myself but used Jerry's method of removing the top/bottom layers to expose the infill.
This is a board that should fit most enamel collectable pins. It has a hanging hole built in. This can be printed in PLA or PETG.
Can be printed on a PRUSA-Mini!
Dimensions: 145.7mm diameter, 4mm thickness
I have included the Cura project file I used, but here are the settings that must be changed to get the print to come out properly.
Top Layers: 0
Bottom Layers: 0
Infill: Gyroid
Infill Density: 14% (seems to be the best for the pins I have)
Wall Thickness: 1.5mm (can be changed if you want a thicker ring)
Printing with these settings will expose the infill, which is what the pins will be hung on. I haven't tried with other infills but they should work just fine. The only pin that I have that does not attach well to this board is a metal pin with a grabby-clasp.
