Very Spotted Fiberoptic Mushroom Lamp with Accent Mushroom Cluster

The very spotted lamp has 12 spots instead of 7 like other mushroom lamps plus a cluster of small mushrooms at the base.  Use a 12-LED ring in the base with fiber light puck for the accent mushrooms, a 12-LED ring with puck above the gills for the spots, and a 24-LED ring to light the cap.  Install electronics similarly to the Spotted Fiberoptic Mushroom Lamp and Mushroom Lamp with Small Accent Mushrooms. Use 200 scale factor in slicer for mushroom, gills, cap and stem. For small accent mushrooms use x=20.2, y=20.2, z=40%. For fiber light ring use 100.
