Skywatcher AZ GTI Polar Phone Holder

Was searching on the internet if there was an Polar Align mount which fits around the AZ GTI, and can hold a phone next to it parralel. There werent any.

So i made this model, which fits around the house of the AZ GTI. On the side you can put you phone.

The app i used is “Polar Align Pro”, which have an moving compass and moving NCP bulleyes with a moving dot to align your scope.

Some phone act weird around metals. So try to align the mount without the scope. Dont expect 99% exact NCP, but you will be close. It depends on your phone.

TIP: Maybe put 2 little tapes on the side of the mount so, it doesnt sack down.

Print with normal settings. Around 3 hours on 0.20 detail.

Made also V2, which has an wider phone base for bigger phones.
