Elegoo Neptune 3 fan shroud with BLTouch mount

I added a BLTouch mount to Tal's Neptune 3 Fan shroud, this enables greater flexibility in hotend choice and significantly speeds up bed leveling. I also shortened the duct slightly as the original version had the duct very close to silicone sock and model. Probe offsets are x = 51.25 y = 2.25. Depending on where where how you screw the shroud in the probe trigger point will be between 0.1 and 1.0 mm below the nozzle. I haven't yet incorporated the the cable management on Tal's V3 fan duct.

Please not firmware modifications are required for the BLTouch to work on the Neptune 3.
