Card Holder Shelf Display/Organizer

Hello! 

This is a wall mounted or desk card holder I designed to allow for storage or display of standard ~86x54mm cards. 

If you are a credit card enthusiast this can be used to display and organize your “sock drawer” credit cards to make them easier to find and look good while doing so. 

Provided Files

I have provided files for a 4 slot and 5 slot shelf, the 5 slot is the biggest that fits on the Prusa Mini bed (included file). Using the included Fusion 360 file (f3d) you can easily change the number of slots and then export a new STL/3MF. 

Print Settings

I used the following settings to print my model:

• Model lays flat (the same orientation it will be while in use)
• 0.20mm Quality
• No Supports
• 15% infill (hardly matters since there is so little)

Changing the number of slots

• Open the f3d file in Fusion
• At the bottom, right click on the rectangular pattern feature
• Click the “Edit Rectangular Pattern” button
• Change the number to the amount of slots you want
• Merge all of the bodies if there are multiple
• Export for 3d printing
