MMU Spool Holder Adapter For Large Spools (100mm+)

I had problems to fit big spools from e.g. "DAS FILAMENT" (2.6kg) onto the original spool holders for my MMU2S.
I really do like the holders and want to keep them, so I designed this adapter. Now the spools fit perfectly and can be used just like the smaller ones.
You won't need any extra parts like screws or nuts. Just print four adapters, put them on the original bearing holders and insert the rollers on top.
The bearings will snap into place and can't fall out. The adapters themselves are tight by design and won't fall out, too.

File can be printed without support structures in the orientation provided in the download.

You can print it with the draft/fast profiles provided by Prusa.

If you are using a nozzle > 0.4mm, please disable the option Detect thin walls in the print settings. It could cause slicing problems at the thin wall which keeps the bearing from falling inside the original holder.
