The right tab (the one with the size printed) should be 4.0mm. Print one and measure that tab height, then enter the proper offset in the corresponding parameter and make the final print.

For me, when printed without offset the right tab is 4.4mm high, so I enter -0.4 in the offset parameter box, and when printing the right tab is now 4.0mm and the inner ring diameter is now also correct.
