Wemos D1 mini box

I built this box to contain the grim Wemos D1 mini arduino compatible (almost) board with wifi for a few bucks. It can host a mini (with PCB antenna) or a pro mini with ceramic or external antenna. There is a small space to keep cabling and drill hole for a connector.

There is also space for a shield.

A hole for micro USB is supported. The lid is kept in place with a rubber band under the feet.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Both the Wemos D1 mini (with metal lid) and the Wemos D1mini pro (without metal lid) can be fitted in this box. BUT, since the micro-USB connector must be placed upwards, the "mini pro" version is mounted with the antenna connector upwards and the "mini" mounted withe the metal lid downwards (upside down really).

This has the side effect that the pins are not in the same position between the two versions. So if you have a board mounted on top of the wemos, you have to decide which wemos to use and build the board for that wemos mounted in the correct position.

The reset button will point to different sides depending on the wemos version used.
