Description
This is a Vestax Handy Trax tonearm by Flavour G'z from So Sharp Records.
Check post-print instructions.
You need:
-1 2mm diameter x 4mm large spring
-1 m3x15 or 16mm bolt for spring tension adjustment
-2 m2x3 or 4 mm bolt without head for counterweight.
-Copper piece of 22mm diameter and 14mm height (around 60gr weight) or use 7 2€ coins with the specific counterweight for it.

Notes:
The tonearm has another structure where the headshell goes to have better quality of print, just eliminate, after print.
tonearm: triangles support touching buildplate 20%
counterweight: grid support touching buildplate
headshell: print upside with zigzag support everywhere, first layer height 0.1, first layer concentric.
Drill a little bit the holes on the tension adjust, the bolt needs to pass free.
Adjust the tonearm counterweight for 0gr balance without tension on the spring and then add tension to the spring, use a scale to get 3g-4g.
For tonearm rest you can use a technics 1200 restarm as you can see in the pics.

sand the remaining support
drill a little bit
drill a little bit the two holes
place the spring holder, the bolt and the nut
Insert the cable
install the headshell
place the spring
fix the tonearm and put the counterweight
align the headshell using the surface of the turntable
Loose the tension of the spring loosening the bolt, adjust the counterweight for 0gr balance and then add tension to the spring, use a scale to get 3g-4g.
