Description
I got tired and frustrated after printing other dispenser designs and having them jam after only a few batteries were dispensed. So I came up with this jam-free design and it really works well and it holds 37 batteries.
If you lay the model down on its side on the printer bed, you only need a very tiny amount of support from the bed only. All it has to support is the curl of the 3 dispenser chutes.
Hints on gluing the side cover.
You can use the dispenser without the Side Cover, but it adds strength and keeps the batteries from falling out.
Be very careful when gluing the Side Cover to the dispenser.
If you use too much glue there is a chance it will ooze into the battery chutes and interfere with the dispensing. Use glue very sparingly to avoid this.
I used epoxy glue on PLA and it worked fine. I prefer epoxy as it gives you lots of time to get perfect alignment.
