Juwel Twist 140 Drying Rack Wall Mount

Replacement wall mount for Juwel Twist 140 foldable drying rack.

Mounting material

Countersunk model

Use universal screws with countersunk head and a diameter of 4mm, so that the screw head is around 8mm.

I used 4x40mm universal screws with countersunk head. 

Counterbored model

The counterbored model is a direct replacement part for the original Juwel Twist 140 wall mount.

Therefore it can be used with the original screws, which are 4x30mm flat head screws.

Print settings

• Layer height: 0.2mm - 0.3mm
• Perimeters: 2 - 3
• Infill
  • Density: 15% - 20%
  • Pattern: Gyroid
• Supports: Everywhere
• Suggested material: PLA, ABS, PETG, PC

I used PLA with a 0.6mm Nozzle, 0.3mm layer height, 2 perimeters, 15% infill density, gyroid pattern and supports enabled.

In Prusa Slicer 2.5.0 the estimated print time is 47 minutes.
